1. Parties & Acceptance
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between tappedinlabs ("Company," "we," "us") and you, the purchaser ("Researcher," "you," "your"). By placing an order, accessing our website, or using our products in any way, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in full. If you do not agree, do not place an order and do not use our products.
2. Research Use Only — Absolute Restriction
All compounds sold by tappedinlabs are supplied exclusively for in vitro research purposes in qualified laboratory environments. This is a condition of sale, not a recommendation.
You expressly agree that you will not:
• Use any compound for human consumption, injection, ingestion, inhalation, or any form of self-administration.
• Administer any compound to any animal outside of a licensed, institutionally approved research protocol.
• Use any compound for therapeutic, diagnostic, or clinical purposes.
• Resell any compound for any purpose inconsistent with in vitro research use.
• Represent any compound as approved by the FDA, DEA, or any regulatory body for human use.
Violation of this restriction constitutes an immediate breach of this Agreement and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable law. tappedinlabs will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation arising from misuse.
3. Purchaser Qualifications
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:
• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or licensed professional with legitimate in vitro research purposes.
• Your purchase and intended use comply fully with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You have obtained all necessary institutional approvals, permits, or licenses required for your research.
• You are not purchasing on behalf of any person who intends to use these compounds for human or animal consumption.
If any of the above representations are false at the time of purchase, this Agreement is void and tappedinlabs reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and seek recovery of any damages caused by the misrepresentation.
4. No Warranties — Products Sold As-Is for Research
tappedinlabs provides third-party Certificates of Analysis for all compounds. These CoAs represent the findings of the independent testing laboratory and are provided for informational purposes. tappedinlabs makes no warranty, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Products are sold strictly for research use. We make no representation that any compound will achieve any specific research outcome, and we disclaim all liability for research results, whether positive, negative, or inconclusive.
5. Limitation of Liability — Human Consumption
tappedinlabs expressly disclaims all liability, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, for any injury, illness, death, adverse reaction, or harm of any kind arising from the human consumption, self-administration, or misuse of any compound sold on this platform.
This disclaimer applies regardless of cause, including but not limited to: negligence of tappedinlabs, product defects, improper storage, reconstitution errors, or any other factor. By purchasing, you assume all risk associated with the receipt, storage, handling, and use of the compound.
In no event shall tappedinlabs, its owners, operators, agents, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, death, property damage, loss of data, or loss of revenue, arising from your use or misuse of our products.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless tappedinlabs and its officers, owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use or misuse of any compound; (b) your violation of this Agreement; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (d) any third-party claim arising from your receipt or use of a compound; or (e) any misrepresentation you made at the time of purchase.
7. Regulatory Compliance — Buyer's Sole Responsibility
The import, export, possession, use, and disposal of research peptides may be regulated or restricted in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of purchasing and possessing these compounds in your location before placing an order. tappedinlabs makes no representation that these products are legal in any jurisdiction outside the United States, and accepts no liability for regulatory actions arising from your purchase or use.
8. Shipping, Handling & Storage
tappedinlabs ships all compounds as lyophilized powder with cold pack packaging. Once a shipment leaves our facility, tappedinlabs is not responsible for degradation caused by improper storage, handling, customs detention, or carrier delays. You are responsible for correct reconstitution and storage conditions upon receipt. No refund or replacement will be issued for products damaged due to customer error after delivery.
9. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research compounds and the critical importance of chain of custody, all sales are final. We do not accept returns of any compound once it has left our facility. If you receive a product that does not match the Certificate of Analysis, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with documentation. Replacement or credit is at our sole discretion and applies only to verified quality discrepancies, not user preference or research outcomes.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including product descriptions, CoA formats, compound specifications, branding, copy, and design — is the intellectual property of tappedinlabs. You may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose any content without written permission. Purchasing a compound does not grant you any intellectual property rights over our materials or brand.
11. Privacy
tappedinlabs collects only the information necessary to process your order and communicate with you about it. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Order data may be retained for legal compliance. By placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement or your purchase shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Houston, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or participation in a class action proceeding.
13. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
14. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and tappedinlabs regarding your purchase and use of our products. It supersedes all prior representations, agreements, or understandings. tappedinlabs reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time; continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
